14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your tech. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original, unopened packaging, in the same condition that you received it, with all manuals and accessories included.

Return Address: Please note that our Brooklyn office is an administrative site. Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address, which will be provided to you upon return approval.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
