Is a signature required upon delivery? To ensure the security of your high-value electronics, a signature is generally required upon receipt for most orders. Any person present at the designated delivery address may sign for the package, which will serve as valid proof of delivery.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address? Yes, you may specify a different delivery address during the checkout process. However, to prevent fraud and protect our customers, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been successfully placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

What happens if I miss my delivery? If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will typically leave a door tag with instructions. They may attempt redelivery the following business day or provide details on how to pick up your package at a local secure facility.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? No. Because Base Electronics LLC requires a physical signature for the safe delivery of electronic goods, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a verified physical residential or business address.
