Q: Why are your products so affordable? Are they brand new?

A: We utilize a global sourcing network to secure high-quality electronics at the most competitive market prices. Every product sold by Base Electronics LLC is 100% brand new, authentic, and genuine. We do not sell used or refurbished items unless explicitly stated in a separate "Refurbished" category.

Q: Where are your products sourced from?

A: Our dedicated sourcing teams operate in the US, UK, Germany, Hong Kong, and Japan. This allows us to offer a wider variety of models and competitive pricing. Please note that while the hardware is identical, certain regional features (such as default language or plug types) may vary. We include US adapters where necessary.

Q: Why was my product box opened before shipping?

A: To ensure the highest quality standards, we perform random quality inspections. For specific high-value models, our technicians open the box to verify the physical condition, model specifications, and compatibility for the US market. This process is fully recorded under CCTV. We guarantee that the product remains unused and 100% original.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: For our standard insured delivery, the estimated transit time is 6–10 Business Days. This does not include weekends or Public Holidays. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing and quality verification.

Q: Do you accept installment payments (Buy Now, Pay Later)?

A: At this time, we do not accept installment payments. We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal for secure, one-time transactions.

Q: Can I use an international credit card or ship outside the US?

A: Currently, Base Electronics LLC only accepts credit cards issued within the United States and ships to physical addresses within the US. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time.

Q: Do the mobile phones work on US networks?

A: Most of our smartphones are International Versions that support the 4G and 5G bands of major US carriers like T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon-certified MVNOs. Because network bands vary by carrier, we recommend providing us with your specific model interest via WhatsApp at (908)-594-9240 so we can verify compatibility for you.

Q: Do the Android phones have Google Play Services?

A: Yes. Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, all Android devices come with Google Play Services and the Google Play Store pre-installed, identical to models sold at US retail outlets.

Q: Can the game consoles be set to English?

A: Absolutely. All game consoles (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, etc.) allow you to select English as the primary system language during the initial setup.

Q: Can I use a Hong Kong/International Nintendo Switch in the US?

A: Yes. The Nintendo Switch is a region-free console. An international version works perfectly in the US, and US game cartridges will work on any Switch console regardless of where it was purchased.

Q: How do I check the region of a game cartridge?

A: Check the product code on the back of the cartridge (e.g., HAC-XXX-XXX):

  • USA: United States

  • HKG/CHT: Hong Kong / Taiwan

  • JPN: Japan

  • EUR: Europe

Q: How do I download DLC (Downloadable Content) for an international game?

A: To download DLC, your Nintendo eShop account region must match the game cartridge region. If you have an international cartridge, simply:

  1. Create a new User Profile on your Switch.

  2. Link it to a Nintendo Account set to the matching region (e.g., Hong Kong).

  3. Access that region's eShop to download the DLC. Once installed, it is playable by all users on that console.

 

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping fees?

A: For returns initiated due to a "change of mind" or "item not as expected," the customer is responsible for all return transportation and insurance costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Q: Are there deductions for cancellations or refunds?

A: Yes. For returns or cancellations, a deduction of up to 30% of the product value may be applied to account for the diminished value of the item once processed, shipped, or unsealed. A minimum deduction of $30 applies to all cases to cover non-recoverable logistics and administrative costs.

Q: How do you handle false or malicious accusations?

A: Base Electronics LLC values honest customer feedback. However, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for defamation or malicious false claims made online. We reserve the right to seek legal recourse and damages against any individual or entity that spreads documented falsehoods to damage our professional reputation
